Please include your booking confirmation email, and a list of any facilities you would like to use. You will be able to update this at any time.
PA/Carer tickets: Please do not purchase a ticket for your PA/carer. Eligible individuals will receive a free PA/carer ticket, which we will add to your existing booking. Please email Dani to arrange your free PA/Carer ticket.
We welcome any of the following as eligible evidence for a PA/carer ticket:
- A valid Access/Nimbus card with +1 symbol
- Relevant communication from DWP
- Medical note, doctor's note, or equivalent
- Any equivalent documentation
To arrange your free PA/carer ticket, please email a photo of any of the above, along with your ticket booking confirmation email from Kaboodle, to dani@mightyhoopla.com. Just a reminder, you do not need to book a ticket for your PA/Carer.

Update as of 28th May 2026: It is not possible to allocate any more PA tickets. This includes on site at the box office. Please do not attempt to get a PA ticket from the box office.

Accessible Viewing platforms are available for customers who may need a separate, less crowded area to watch performances, with the option of seating. You will be able to bring a +1 with you on the platform, even if you do not have a PA/Carer.
You must book your space on the accessible viewing platforms in advance. Please note that these platforms have limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
In order to book a space on the accessible viewing platforms, please follow these steps:
1) Purchase your ticket/s. Remember, you do not need to buy a ticket for your PA/Carer.
2) Forward your booking confirmation email, along with a photo of your evidence document, to dani@mightyhoopla.com
The deadline for booking a viewing platform pass Friday 15th May 2026, or whenever the platforms reach capacity – whichever comes first (this page will be updated when this happens).
Our Accessible Viewing Platforms are raised, step free platforms at Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3 and Stage 4. Please note that the Stage 1 and Stage 2 viewing platforms are uncovered, so please prepare for all weather conditions.
A wristband will be required to gain access to the viewing platforms, which can be collected on entry at any of the access lanes, or at the access hub. You will not be able to access the Accessible Viewing Platform without your wristband.
There is unreserved seating on the Accessible Viewing Platforms. Accessible toilets and charging points will be available at each viewing platform.
As of 12th May 2026, the Accessible Viewing Platforms for both days are full. This means we will not be able to allocate any more passes for the Accessible Viewing Platforms for Saturday or Sunday.
If you have already confirmed a space on the viewing platform, information about collecting your passes will be emailed to you during the week of the 18th May.

Our Accessible Parking is a designated car park for Blue Badge holders. Spaces within the car park are extremely limited, and they are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note, these spaces must be pre-booked.
In order to book a space in the on-site car park, please follow these steps:
1) Purchase your ticket/s. Remember, you do not need to buy a ticket for your PA/Carer.
2) Forward your booking confirmation email, along with a photo of your blue badge, to dani@mightyhoopla.com
The deadline for making access requests is Friday 16th May 2026, or when the car park becomes full, whichever is first (we will update this page).
If you have missed out on a space and need to drive to the event, Lambeth will allow Blue Badge holders to park in bays marked ‘Disabled’ or ‘Pay and Display’ for an unlimited time.

We will not be processing any new waiver requests after midday on Thursday 28th May at midday.
Non Bookable Facilities
The below facilities are available to all customers, without needing to book or arrange anything in advance. Please check the access guide in advance, or go to the Access Hub on site, for more information about any of these facilities.

Central on-site information point for access-related support, and general assistance on the day. This is where you will collect your PA/carer passes, as well as your viewing platform wristbands. These will need to be booked in advance, please see above for more information.
Members of the dedicated access team will be present during the whole festival, to support you with whatever you may need.

Accessible toilets are located throughout the site at every toilet block and Accessible Viewing Platform. They will be clearly signposted.
These toilets will be open access – you do not need a code or radar key to use these. We will display clear messaging advising customers about appropriate use of the accessible toilets.
Accessible toilets are located at each Viewing Platform, by the Welfare Tent and at each toilet block except the Main Stage, where the main accessible toilet is located at the accessible viewing platform.

BSL Interpretation and d/Deaf access
We will have live performance interpreting across stages 1 and 2 on both days of Mighty Hoopla. The timetable for BSL is expected to be as follows:
Main Stage (Stage 1) : 1:45pm to close
Hayu Arena (Stage 2) : 5:45pm to close
Woojer Zone
Feel every single moment in our Woojer Zone! Deaf Rave will be on site with vibrating haptic suits, giving you a deeper connection to your favourite acts. Haptic vests connect straight to the sound desk and pulse with vibrations to match the live performances happening on stage. Try them at the Main Stage and Hayu arena for headliners across the weekend:

Accessible Entrance Lanes
This year, we will have dedicated access lanes at the North and South main gates, and the VIP gate. You are welcome to enter via the main lanes, or the access lanes.
Please bear in mind that entry may be quicker through the main lanes. Trained staff will be available to advise you of the quickest way to enter the site.
Please note, this is not a queue jump, and the lanes may become busy at peak times. We advise you to arrive as early as possible to ensure a smoother entry experience.
The VIP access lane is for VIP ticketholders only.

Registered assistance dogs are welcomed on site, with a dedicated spending area. We ask that your assistance dog wears a harness or tabard indicating their role, if they have one. Please note no other animals are allowed on site.
If an assistance dog behaves inappropriately on site, we reserve the right to ask the customer to leave the premises with their dog.

Charging points for powered wheelchairs, mobility scooters and other access related equipment are available on each Accessible Viewing Platform (AVP) and at the Access Hub.

If you need to store medicine in temperature-controlled conditions, you can store it in the fridge in the medical centre. Please go to the Welfare tent where someone will be able to assist you. If you require more information about storage conditions, please write to dani@mightyhoopla.com.

Hearing loop systems will be installed at the Access Hub and box office. We will update any more locations as soon as they are confirmed.

A fully equipped Changing Places toilet is available on site, featuring an adult-sized changing bench, hoist, and adjustable wash basin. This will be located at the festival Access Hub.

All bars and traders serving food and drink will have large print menus. Please ask traders if you need one to order, they are ready to assist. If you need additional support ordering food and drink, please speak to staff at the access hub, who will be happy to assist you.

There are seven main bars at the event, each one will have a lowered counter.
Please note that some of our food vendors and bars may not have lowered counters. If you need support ordering food for any reason, please come to the access hub, where a member of staff will be able to assist you.

There will be a fully staffed welfare space, and separate sensory tent, available for all customers to use at any time. Please spend as long as you need in either space.
The welfare team can support you if you are experiencing difficulties, need support with intoxication, a medical issue, or if something has happened on site and you need someone to talk to.
The sensory tent is run by Bass Therapy, and is available for anyone needing a sensory controlled zone to decompress if you are feeling over/under stimulated. There will be areas with different stimulation levels, stim toys and gadgets available (including ear defenders), and a small shop where you can purchase your own stim gadgets to take away with you.
