  • Your e-tickets will be emailed to you no later than 48 hours before the festival. They will be sent to you via Kaboodle,  so check your spam folders.

  • No, we do not check names at the gates. However all bar codes will be scanned and you must have a valid ticket for entry.

  • No, when your tickets are emailed over to you, you will receive 6 individual tickets, which can be shared out individually amongst your group, so people can arrive when they like.

  • A Pre 2pm Entry Ticket means you must be in the festival before 2pm.

    If you arrive 2pm you may have to pay an additional fee at the gates to gain entry.

  • Resale tickets can be bought and sold via our official resale parter Tixel.

  • Mighty Hoopla is located in Brockwell Park, Norwood Road, London, SE24 9JU.

    We advise all visitors to choose greener travel options, such as public transport and arriving by bike or foot.

    Please do not drive to the event. We actively deter guests from driving to the event as there is no available parking in or around the areas. Lambeth and Southwark parking enforcement will be working all weekend, and vehicles which are parked illegally will receive enforcement action or be towed.

    Brockwell Park is well served by numerous bus routes and two major public transport hubs, both with step free access.

    ●      Herne Hill Overground Station – 0.3 miles away

    Herne Hill is the closest station to the event site, situated to the north-east of Brockwell Park. The station is approximately 500 metres away from both the Brixton and Herne Hill entrances of the festival site and involves crossing two roads to access the park. Staff help is available at this station with ramps for train access and step free access coverage.

    ●      Brixton Underground Station and Brixton Rail Station – 1 mile away

    Brockwell Park is approximately 1 mile away from Brixton Underground Station. Visitors can travel by train from the nearby Brixton Rail Station to Herne Hill, which is a 2 minute train journey. The distance between Brixton Underground Station and Brixton Rail Station is approximately 130 metres by roadside pavement and involves crossing a road once.

    There are also several bus routes from the underground station to outside of the park.

    There is step-free access at Brixton Underground station.

    ●      Buses

    The following routes all serve the area: 2, 3, 37, 68, 196, 322, 432, 468, 690 and all have accessible access.

    The closest bus stops located outside of the show site are on Dulwich Road and Norwood Road. Both bus stops are located approximately 130 metres (2 minute walk) away from the Herne Hill entrance to the park.

  • Yes! The Mighty Hoopla app will launch a few weeks before the festival will set times and a map site!  Please check our social channels for updates.

  • With over 200 artists performing across the weekend, sometimes these things happen. If they do, we will send out a message on our official app with new set times.

  • There are no lockers on site, please try to avoid bringing large bags (anything over A4 size) or any other item which may need storing whenever possible.

  • Lost Property is managed by the TLC Welfare team at the Welfare Tent, located near Stage 4 and First Aid.

    If you have lost or found an item, please head to the Welfare Tent and speak with the TLC team in purple high vis.

    During the event:

    • Visit the Welfare Tent to check if your item has been handed in.

    • Fill out the Lost Property Form to log your missing item.

    After the event:

    • If your item was handed in, our Welfare team will match it with your form entry and arrange to post it back to you.

    • Please do not return to the festival site after the event to collect lost items — all returns will be handled by post.

  • Yes, you are allowed to bring in 200ml of suncream.

  • Yes. You can either bring in a sealed plastic bottle or an empty plastic bottle, up to 500ml. However metal water bottles are not allowed.

    There are water refill points located at all the toilet points around the site.

  • Not once you’ve reached the search teams, after then you cannot take food and drink onto the site, apart from one sealed plastic bottle of water up to 500ml. We have over 50 street food and drink vendors available on site.

    However if you need to bring your own food and drink in for medical or access reasons, please contact the Access Coordinator via dani@mightyhoopla.com
