Moshtix is the only authorised ticket provider for Mighty Hoopla Sydney.
Do not purchase tickets from any unauthorised reseller or websites as there is no way to verify if the ticket is legitimate and you may be unable to scan into the event.

Accessible and Companion Card tickets are available for Mighty Hoopla Sydney. To request an accessible ticket, purchase a standard ticket, then head to the Moshtix ticket page and click ‘Accessibility Information’ in the header to request your ticket be converted free of charge.
If you hold a Companion Card, you can request a complimentary ticket via this form. You’ll need your Moshtix order number (from when you purchased your own ticket) and a copy of your Companion Card.
IMPORTANT: We are more than happy to facilitate any companion swaps should your companion need to be replaced with someone else during the day. Just ask the Front Gate Manager or the Accessibility Manager and they will help organise this.

Yes! Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and select Concession Card holders can apply for a chance to purchase a ticket for $99.90 plus booking fee. Eligible concession cards include Commonwealth Seniors Health Card, Foster Child Health Care Card, Health Care Card, Low Income Health Care Card, Pensioner Concession Card and Veteran Card and those who receive JobSeeker and Parenting Payments. Please note, if you apply for an affordability ticket you may need to bring your eligible Concession Card or payment documentation on the day to be sighted alongside your ticket.

There is a limit of ten (10) ticket per order in the general sale, and eight (8) per order in the presale.

No. Moshtix does not offer a shopping cart feature, which means tickets are not held during the checkout process. Your ticket/s are only secured once payment is successfully processed. If the transaction isn’t finalised, the tickets may be released back into the pool and made available to others. To avoid missing out, log into your Moshtix account ahead of time and have your payment details ready.

To help prevent ticket scammers and ticket scalping, your ticket will be sent closer to the event date. Don’t stress if you don’t receive it immediately after purchase!
Closer to the event if you still haven’t received your ticket, log in to your Moshtix account used for the purchase and select ‘Show My Ticket’ for Mighty Hoopla Sydney. From there, you can view your ticket in browser, download it or have it resent to an email. Please also check your junk/spam folder.
If you’re still unable to locate your ticket or need to update any information on your e-ticket, please get in touch with Moshtix Support.

Yes, you must bring valid photo ID.
Nationally recognised forms of identification include:
– Australian or Foreign Drivers Licence
– Australian or Foreign Passport
– Australia Post KeypassYour ID must be current and clearly display your photo and date of birth.

No. There is a strict no passouts rule. This means that if you leave for any reason, you cannot re-enter the event.

External food cannot be brought into the event as per our conditions of entry. We will have a wide variety of food vendors on the day.
Please note, while we strive to provide a variety of options, we cannot guarantee that the food available for purchase will be allergy safe. To accommodate those with specific dietary needs, the Front Entry Manager may allow you to bring in your own food under the following conditions:
– It is wrapped in clear plastic wrapping
– You can provide a doctor’s note or medical form showing proof of allergy
Please do not bring eskies, picnic blankets or baskets, folding chairs, glass containers, knives and any other bulky or sharp items. Security guards will be checking bags at the gate and will confiscate prohibited items.

Medication may only be brought into the event under the following conditions:
– Must be in its original packaging/untampered
– With a label or additional script that matches the ticketholder’s ID name
– Only a daily dosage is permitted
Please be aware security may ask the medical team to check your medication upon arrival.

Mighty Hoopla Sydney will go ahead rain or shine. If rain is expected, feel free to bring a poncho, raincoat and gumboots to stay comfortable.
