It’s Dani here, your Mighty Hoopla access co-ordinator.

Thank you so much to everyone who came, danced and bio-glittered their way to a totally brilliant festival! It was amazing to meet so many of you around the site, and I’m really grateful for your warmth, smiles and feedback on your 2025 experience.

We’re already starting work on 2026, and I’m very excited for my second year working to support all things customer-access.

The next tickets will be released in Autumn 2025 – if you want to be first to find out when they’ll drop, make sure you join the Mighty Hoopla Mailing list! Find it at the bottom of the home page.

But ! It’s never too early to start planning your access facilities for next year! If you scored one of the early release tickets, or want to get ahead of the game before the autumn ticket release, please drop me an email on dani@mightyhoopla.co.uk

We offer the following:

1. free PA/Companion tickets for ticketholders (with proof of requirement)

2. access to the raised viewing platforms

3. use of the accessible bathrooms

4. blue badge car parking

5. exemption letters for prohibited items

All needs and ideas welcome, we will always do our best to accommodate you!
